Civil Miscellaneous Appeal(MD)SR.No.18193 of 2015 against the Award and Decree dated 26/07/2012 passed in MCOP.No.656 of 2011 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, District and Sessions Judge (Communal Clash Cases), Madurai ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUDALAIYANDI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 891 days in filing the above appeal.
