PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order vide Na.Ka.Aa1-37430-2012, dated 23.06.2013 passed by the first 1/4

respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to permit the petitioner to demolish and reconstruct the Sri Arulmigu Periyandavar Temple, Vadakku Thathamangalam, Trichy District.

This Writ Petition is filed as against the order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.Aa1-37430-2012, dated 23.06.2013 and consequently direct the first respondent to permit the petitioner to demolish and reconstruct Sri Arulmigu Periyandavar Temple, Vadakku Thathamangalam, Trichy District.

2.Today(15.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
