ORDER
The Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd Respondent to take appropriate action and to dispose the Petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No.668 of 2023 dated 25.12.2023.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the 3rd Respondent also had given a complaint against the Petitioner herein in C.S.R.No.669 of 2023. Therefore, both the cases had been registered as Crime Nos.9 of 2023 and 10 of 2023 by the 2nd Respondent Police.
