ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.3 in Crime No.96 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 307 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that this is a case of case and counter and the injured has been discharged from the hospital.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.
