RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD). No.19732/2018 dated 28/11/2018 on the file of this Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.SENGUTTUARASAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side) for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19732 of 2018 on 28.11.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.19732 of 2018 on 28.11.2018, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent monthly twice i.e first and fifteenth day of every month at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
