This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.2423 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD).No.804 of 2022 dated 25.03.2024 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction 1/3
