O R D E R

This Criminal Revision is directed against the judgment passed in Crl.A(MD)No.140 of 2019, dated 26.09.2021 on the file of the learned IV Additional Sessions Judge, Madurai, confirming the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate cum Additional Mahalir Court, Madurai in M.C.No.201 of 2014, dated 30.09.2019.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.06.2022, this court considering the nature of the dispute and also the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides, the matter was referred to mediation and after mediation, report has been received stating that the parties have entered into compromise and they have also enclosed the settlement agreement. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the revision may be disposed in terms of the settlement agreement entered into between the parties. 2/4

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Criminal Revision is disposed of, in the terms of the settlement agreement.
