This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on every Monday and Friday at 05.30 p.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.20933 of 2024, dated 29.11.2024 in Crime No.708 of 2024 1/3

2. The modification of condition 5(b) is sought for on the ground that the First Information Report was put to challenge in a quash petition in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.21999 of 2024 and the same was entertained and this Court passed an interim order staying the investigation in Crime No.708 of 2024

3. In the light of the above development, the condition 5(b) in the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.20933 of 2024, dated 29.11.2024 stands relaxed.
