Both learned counsel fairly state that the issue in the present writ petition stands covered by an order of a learned Single Judge of this Court dated 14.09.2017 passed in W.P.(MD).No.9073 of 2011, wherein an earlier order passed in W.P.(MD).No.24218 of 2013 dated 07.08.2013 is cited and followed. Following the rationale in the aforesaid orders, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
