CRIME NO.29 OF 2019 ... RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD)No.2611 of 2019, dated 26.02.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.J.CHAKKARAVARTHY, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2611 of 2019 on 26.02.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2611 of 2019 on 26.02.2019 regularly and he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2611 of 2019 on 26.02.2019 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 15/03/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
