2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the condition has been complied with till date.

3.Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6372 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13104 of 2019 on 23.09.2021 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in fifteen days on a working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
