Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner on 12.05.2015 over the accused, on the supervision of first respondent. ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner on 12.05.2015 over the accused, on the supervision of first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Govt. Advocate(Crl.Side) for respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been assaulted and he also produced Medical Certificate in this regard.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint has not been received by the second respondent.

5. However, this Court is not willing to go into the said dispute. In the typed set of papers, photocopy of the complaint is available and the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to forward the same to the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to look into the complaint and if cognizable offence made out, register the same and proceed further. The second respondent is also directed to verify the Medical Certificate which is also produced by the petitioner before this Court.

6. The entire exercise will have to be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(RTI) /True Copy/ Sub-Assistant Registrar To
