This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the third respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute by harassing the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry. 2.Mr.T.SenthilKumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent with the third respondent against the petitioner was registered in C.No.P2/SP/45675/4755/KKI/2023 and after enquiry, the same was closed.
