RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant extension the time of the operation of the order in Crl.MP(MD) No.10965/2017 in Crl.OP(MD)NO. 13590/2017 dated 04.12.2017 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.VISWANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10965 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13590 of 2017, dated 04.12.2017, for producing sureties. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioner went to Kerala for taking treatment, he could not produce the sureties in time.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on the said submission.
