JUDGMENT
This Second Appeal has been filed against the Decree and Judgment of the II Additional Sub Court, Tiruchirapalli in A.S.No.97 of 2004, dated 14.02.2005, reversing the Judgment and Decree made in O.S.No.3 of 1997, dated 31.03.2004 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Turaiyur. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the compromise has arrived between the parties. The parties were also present before this Court and agreed to the terms of compromise.
3.The compromise memo becomes part and parcel of the Second Appeal. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is disposed of in accordance with the compromise arrived at between the parties. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
