Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.D/989/2009 dated 18.08.2011 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the third respondent to withdraw the land from acquisition in survey No.148/1A to an extent of 300 sq. ft belong to the petitioner at Vaiyampatti Village Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District.
