ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition No.4(c), wherein, the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 05.30 p.m for a period of six weeks. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner has complied with the said condition for a period of three weeks alone. 1/3

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has to join his work in Gujarat and therefore, he is not in a position to comply with the said condition in the coming three weeks.

4.Taking note of the reasons assigned, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 am for one week and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
