This petition has been filed to quash the Crime No.20 of 2014 dated 17.09.2014 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that in Crime No.20 of 2014 charge sheet has been filed on 05.12.2014 and that the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) this petition is dismissed with a direction to the concerned Magistrate to consider the charge sheet in this case without any further delay.
