Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S. MUNIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since there is a delay in receiving the Demand Draft, the petitioner is unable to execute the sureties with in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ stipulated time as per the order of Crl.M.P.(MD).No.1001 of 2019 in

Crl.O.P(MD) No.21298 of 2018 dated 05.02.2019.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 05.02.2019 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.1001 of 2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.21298 of 2018 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
