Criminal Original Petition filed under section 528 BNSS to call for the records pertaining to Crl.M.P.No.18 /2024 in S.C.No.184/2016 on the file of the Learned Assistant Sessions Court, Periyakulam, set aside the same and further to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.472/2022, dated 06.02.2023. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. A. Jayaramachandran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. A. Albert James, Government Advocate for the Respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 05.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 14864 of 2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 14864 of 2024 on 05.09.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for four months.
4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 14864 of 2024 on 26.11.2024 is 2/4
