Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner wants the petition mentioned appeal to be disposed of.

3.I, therefore, direct the second respondent to dispose of the appeal on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
