The petitioner claims title along with his family members to the lands measuring 0.10.50 ares in Re.S.No.128/3A5 in Gundur Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District. He had made an application through online on 28.10.2021 seeking demarcation of the four boundaries in accordance with the FMB sketch. 2.It is complained by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the application has been received by the respondents and necessary fees has also been paid, the respondents have not come forward to do the needful. This necessitated the filing of the writ petition.
3.Heard Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.
4.A direction is given to the first respondent/Tahsildar, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District with the help of the second respondent/Head Surveyor, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District to examine the application of the petitioner, make a field visit and if https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD) No.552 of 2022 required, issue notice to any other person who might have objections, enquire the holdings of the petitioner/documents of the petitioner and thereafter, come to a subjective satisfaction and complete the exercise of such demarcation, if it can be conducted, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
