ORDER
This writ petition is filed as against the notice issued by the first respondent dated 25.07.2011.
2. Based on the petition filed by the third respondent, the first respondent issued the impugned notice, calling upon the petitioner to offer his explanation for change of patta as requested by the third respondent. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner succeeded in the civil suit in O.S.No.416 of 2019 and obtained decree in his favour. But, the first respondent, without considering the same, issued the impugned notice.
4. The learned Government Advocate submits that the civil suit went upto the High Court by way of filing second appeal in S.A.(MD) No.1083 of 2011 and pending the second appeal, the third respondent and the petitioner have arrived at a compromise and on 23.01.2014, the third respondent has released the subject matter of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Cont.P(MD)No.1282 of 2017 property in favour of the petitioner and now, the property is vested with the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.
