COMMON ORDER The petitioners have come forward with the present Criminal Original petitions to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.70 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vadipatti.
2.Today when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that a direction may be given to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vadipatti to dispose of the case in C.C.No.70 of 2014 within a time frame and their parties are ready to cooperate for the early disposal of the case.
3.Considering the same, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vadipatti is hereby directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.70 of 2014 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The parties are at liberty to file an application for dispense with personal appearance and the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vadipatti is also directed to consider the said application in accordance with law.
4.The Criminal Original petitions are disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected M.Ps.are closed.
