ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to take action against the private respondents for running an illegal control Room.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that action has been taken on the complaint given by the petitioner and presently the petitioner is the only person for whom the license has been given for running the cable TV operations and none of the other respondents have been permitted to run any illegal control Room.
3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
