Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.JAYARAMACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocatte (Crl Side) for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22982 of 2018 on 27.12.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that

the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 22982 of 2018 on 27.12.2018, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily morning at 8.30 a.m until further orders.
