This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.132 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent and to quash the same as illegal.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that already the case in crime No.132 of 2013, on the file of the 1st respondent has been closed as Action Dropped on 25.05.2013.

3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
