The present civil revision petition has been filed to withdraw M.C.No.41 of 2022 on the file of Family Court, Namakkal and transfer the same to the file of Subordinate Judge, Karur. 1/3

2. There is no merit in the petition filed by the petitioner/husband for transfer of M.C.No.41 of 2022 on the file of Family Court, Namakkal, filed by the respondent, merely because, H.M.O.P.No.106 of 2022 has been filed by the petitioner. On the other hand, it is open for the respondent to file appropriate application for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.106 of 2022 to Family Court, Namakkal, where M.C.No.41 of 2022 is pending. Therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs. consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
