ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 406 and 420 of I.P.C., and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.77 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The learned counsel further submitted that as per direction of this Court, the petitioner had appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre on two occasions, but the de-facto complainant did not turn up before the Mediation Centre and the de-facto complainant has filed a false complaint with an ulterior motive.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction would submit that despite the intimation, the de-facto complainant did not appear before the Mediation and she is not showing her interest in this case.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions.

5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Additional Mahila Judge-Magisterial Level, Madurai and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.
