Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.K.AZHAGARSAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1804 of 2018, dated 06.02.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioners are complying the condition from 13.02.2018 to till date and further submitted that charge sheet has been filed in the case. 4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioners and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., is fully relaxed. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
