Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.GOKUL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10674 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12175 of 2017, dated 24.11.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition without any deviation. Further he added that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is yet to be filed. 4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is complying with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

condition without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Court concerned, only on receipt of summons.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
