GOWRISHANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.11639 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12788 of 2017, dated 22.12.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are abiding the condition from 05.01.2018 without any deviation. Further, he added that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet is yet to be filed.

4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the Court concerned, only on receipt of summons.

5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
