RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant extension the time of the operation of the order in Crl.OP(MD) No. 560/2018 dated 23.01.2018 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.560 of 2018, dated 23.01.2018, for producing sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that due to the marriage of the 1st and 2nd petitioners' daughter, the petitioners could not able to produce the sureties within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on the said submission.

4. Court, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
