Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, in both the petitions ,the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl OP(MD)Nos.5959 & 5963 of 2017, dated 28.06.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
