Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to approve the appointment of petitioner as BT Assistant in the 3rd respondent school w.e.f. 25.06.2018 and disburse grant-in-aid towards salary and other attendant benefits by considering the proposal dated 31.01.2019 submitted by the 3rd respondent school.

Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 13.03.2019, the learned Special Government Pleader, would submit that the petitioner's request seeking approval of appointment has been considered and rejected on 27.01.2021. As such, the disobedience alleged in the contempt petition cannot be said to be wilful.
