MARIA VINOLA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.734 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.883 of 2018, dated 05.02.2018, for producing sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner was suffering from viral fever, the petitioner could not able to produce the sureties within the time stipulated by this Court.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on the said submission.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner was suffering from viral fever, he could not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

able to produce the sureties within the time stipulated by this Court, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
