ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.RAHAMADULLAH, Advocate for the petitioner and ofMR.D.SIVARAMAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to permit the petitioners to withdraw 50% of the award amount which has been deposited to the credit of M.C.O.P. No.693 of 2013 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Principal District Court, Pudukkottai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that this appeal is filed only on quantum and the liability is not disputed. Hence, the petition is allowed and the petitioners/claimants 1 to 5 are permitted to withdraw 50% of their share in the award amount along with proportionate interest and costs, and the balance amount shall be in the Bank deposit till the disposal of this appeal.
