2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.BALAMURUGAPANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23327 of 2016, dated 15.12.2016, for producing sureties.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner met with an accident, he could not able to produce the sureties within the time stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on the said submission.
4.
