ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.6 and 7, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 395 of I.P.C., in Crime No.500 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused have stolen a lorry along with 460 bags of cement worth of Rs.1.5 lakhs.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners' name does not find place in the F.I.R and they are implicated only on the confession of the co-accused. It is further submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence and the accused Nos.1 to 5 were already granted bail by the Sessions Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that each petitioners have one previous case for the offence of theft of sand and under SC/ST Act and they have not involved in a case of similar nature.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, Madurai District and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the respondent daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.
