RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant extension of time of the operation of the order in Crl.OP(MD) No. 264/2018 dated 18.01.2018 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KARUNANITHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHRATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.264 of 2018, dated 18.01.2018, for producing sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is suffering from Ischemic Heart disease and taking treatment from 06.02.2018 onwards, the petitioner could not able to produce the sureties within the time stipulated by this Court.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on the said submission.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner is suffering from from Ischemic Heart disease and taking treatment from 06.02.2018 onwards, she could not able to produce the sureties within the time stipulated by this Court, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
