RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time to execute the order of this Honourable Court imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 1800 of 2018 dated 06.02.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PRABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1800 of 2018, dated 06.02.2018, for producing sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner could not able to produce the sureties within the time stipulated by this Court.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on the said submission.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner could not able to produce the sureties within the time stipulated by this Court, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
