ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A2 to A5 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b) 498(A) and and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.77 of 2015 and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2.According to the defacto complainant, the accused have demanded 30 sovereigns and Rs. 3 lakhs of cash as additional dowry and harassed her.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner is the mother of the petitioners 2 and 3 and the fourth petitioner is the brother's son of the first petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. The first accused has filed a petition in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 13817 of 2015 and the same is pending.

4. Heard the Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, Madurai District, and on each of them executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction to the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
