ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner in the post of Driver in a sanctioned post. 2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner is working continuously in the post of Driver for about 15 years. The proposals for regularization of service are also pending before the respondents for consideration. A Committee was appointed to submit a report to consider all such kind of cases.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent made a submission that the University is in the process of considering the eligible cases, as per the rules in force and as per the report of the Committee and by following the Rule of Reservation. Undoubtedly, the selection and appointments are to be made strictly in accordance with the Rule of Reservation.
4.All the eligible persons must be provided equal opportunity in public employments. The Rule of Reservation is to be followed strictly and accordingly, cases are to be considered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
W.P.(MD).No.14317 of 2013 5.This being the factum, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a representation setting out the entire facts as well as by enclosing the documents and if any such representation is made by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to consider the same strictly in accordance with the rules and on merits and pass appropriate orders as early as possible.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
