Mr.S.Sureshkumar, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner submits that the captioned main Writ Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives in the matter.

2. Recording the stated position of the writ petition, the captioned writ petition is disposed of as closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD).Nos.1 and 2 stand closed.
