RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.1598 of 2019 in Crl.OP (MD)No.920 of 2019 order dated 26.02.2019 and permit the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr..K.SIVABALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate(Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since there was a difficulty in arranging the sureties, the petitioner is unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.920 of 2019 dated 26.02.2019.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P (MD) No.920 of 2019 dated 26.02.2019 is extended further for a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order,

failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically.
