No.22057 of 2023 dated 07.12.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seek time to comply the condition 1/3

imposed upon the petitioners, since they are unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD).No.22057 of 2023 dated 07.12.2023.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 07.12.2023 is extended finally for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners shall stand automatically vacated.
