Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15307 of 2020, dated 21.12.2020.
