This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second Respondent to conduct reinvestigation in Crime No.28 of 2012 on the file of the first Respondent and file the final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the Respondents had filed a Referred Charge Sheet before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aravakurichi, Karur District.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Petitioner to approach the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aravakurichi, Karur District, by filing appropriate petition, if he is so advised.
