Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the petitioner and of MR.A.THIRUVADIKUMAR, Advocate for R1 to R3 , the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 401 days in preferring the criminal revision petition.
2. Heard both sides. There is no strong objection on the side of the respondent for allowing the petition.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, on or before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
