ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2 in Crime No.180 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.05.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of I.P.C., r/w Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act @ 304(B) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.According to the de-facto complainant, the first accused married the deceased two years back prior to the occurrence and he was harassing her inebriated mood and the second accused used to consume liquor with A1 and instigated the first accused to demand dowry from the deceased.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that though the occurrence had taken place on 20.04.2015, the complaint was lodged only on 27.04.2015, after lapse of 7 days. He further submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and that the prime accused was already arrested and remanded to judicial custody and this petitioner is in judicial custody for more than 57 days.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that as per the statement of the deceased, her husband/A1 demanded dowry at the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ instigation of this petitioner/A2.

5.Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the period of incarceration of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. 6.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily twice ie., at 10.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., until further orders. sd/- 01/07/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
